Refund Policy

1. About Our Services

Budpedia is a cannabis business directory and media platform. We sell advertising and directory listing services to licensed cannabis businesses. Budpedia does not sell, distribute, or facilitate the sale of cannabis or any cannabis-related products. All purchases on our platform are for digital advertising and listing placement services only.

2. Subscription Plans

Budpedia offers the following monthly subscription plans for business owners:

  • Pro Plan — $49/month. Includes enhanced listing features, analytics, and priority placement in search results.
  • Featured Plan — $149/month. Includes all Pro features plus homepage placement, featured badges, and premium advertising slots.

All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' written notice.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at billing@budpedia.com. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will continue to have access to all paid features until the billing period expires.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
  • Your listing will revert to a free basic listing once the paid period ends.

4. No Refunds for Partial Billing Periods

Budpedia does not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you will retain access to your paid features for the remainder of that billing period, but no pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion.

5. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers. If you are a first-time subscriber to any Budpedia paid plan and are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase. This guarantee applies under the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • This guarantee applies only to your first subscription with Budpedia.
  • It does not apply to subscription renewals, plan upgrades, or additional services.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under our 7-day satisfaction guarantee, please contact our billing team:

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your account email address
  • Business name associated with the listing
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

7. Exceptions

Budpedia reserves the right to issue refunds outside of the above policy at its sole discretion. Additionally, if your account is terminated by Budpedia due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be provided for any remaining subscription period.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, we encourage you to contact us directly at billing@budpedia.com so we can work toward a resolution. If we are unable to resolve the matter informally, you agree that any disputes arising from this refund policy or your use of Budpedia's services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any arbitration will take place on an individual basis; class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. The updated policy will apply to all purchases made after the effective date of the change.
