By accessing or using Budpedia (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 21 years old to use Budpedia.

2. Description of Service

Budpedia is a digital advertising and business directory platform that provides directory listing services, advertising placements, business analytics, and editorial media content. Our paid services consist exclusively of advertising and directory listing subscriptions (the “Advertising Services”). Budpedia does not sell, distribute, manufacture, or facilitate the sale of any physical products. All revenue is generated through advertising services and directory listing subscriptions.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Business Listings

Businesses listed on Budpedia must hold valid licenses for their jurisdiction. By submitting a listing, you represent that your business operates in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Budpedia reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, photos, business information). By submitting content, you grant Budpedia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service. You agree not to submit false, misleading, defamatory, or illegal content.

6. Advertising Subscriptions and Payments

Budpedia offers paid advertising subscription plans that provide enhanced directory listing placement and visibility features. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. New subscribers are eligible for a 7-day satisfaction guarantee as described in our Refund Policy. All payments are processed securely by PayPal. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting false or fraudulent listings or reviews
• Attempting to manipulate search rankings or ratings
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scraping, crawling, or automated data collection without permission
• Impersonating another person or business
• Interfering with the security or functionality of the Service

8. Intellectual Property

The Budpedia name, logo, design, and all original content are the property of Budpedia and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Budpedia does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, reviews, or any user-generated content. We do not endorse any particular cannabis business or product.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Budpedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Budpedia in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
